At Wadj-Wer, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our garments. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items in their original condition, with all tags attached. Items must be in resalable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

As a small and growing brand, we currently manage returns manually to ensure personal attention to every request.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us at contact@wadjwer.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will guide you through the return process and provide a secure return address.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at contact@wadjwer.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
